Double click on the DVDFab 10 desktop icon, go to the Screen Recorder & Editor for iOS under the Utilities tab, and then at the popup window, follow the on-screen instructions to connect your iOS device to DVDFab via AirPlay Mirroring.
By default, only the video stream from the iOS device will be recorded. However, if necessary, you can manually toggle on the switch at the left side of the timeline to add the audio stream of your iOS device to the timeline. Also, you can add another video stream to create the picture-in-picture effect via the “Add Video Track” button, from a webcam, or other camera devices connected to your PC, and add your own voice narrative via the “Add Audio Track” button. When are all ready, simply hit the red recording button to start the recording process.
Stop the recording process when you’ve finished the operation on the screen of your iOS device, and then click the Preview button near the top right corner of the window to make sure the recorded content is exactly what you’ve intended. Next, you can begin editing the video, such as trimming off the unnecessary clips, cropping the unwanted area off the display area, and adding text or image watermark to make your video exclusive. When done with the editing, click the Save button next to the Record button to export the timeline to a MP4 video saved on your HDD.
